Stage 3 — SETTLE

The Insurer Knows
Its Range.
Do You Know
Yours?

Settlement Range Context Before Demand or Resolution.

SETTLE gives you structured settlement ranges,
confidence signals, and comparable case signals
before demand or settlement.

The Dangerous Settlement Is the Offer You Cannot Disprove

Before you accept the offer, check the range. The expensive mistake is the settlement you never questioned.

SETTLE gives you decision support. You stay in control.

When SETTLE Matters Most

Three critical decision moments where settlement data changes everything.

Before Demand

Know Your Range

You can't demand what you can't justify. SETTLE gives you the comparable range before you ever send a demand letter.

Before Accepting

Verify the Offer

When the adjuster says "that's our best offer," SETTLE helps show where the offer appears to fall within available comparable signals.

During Negotiation

Negotiate With Proof

Mediation without data is just asking. SETTLE gives you range context and comparable signals you can review before mediation.

Confidence-Labeled Decision Support

SETTLE does not tell you what a case is worth with certainty. It provides settlement range context using available comparable signals, confidence labels, and data limitation disclosures.

If there is not enough data to generate a meaningful report, the report should not be charged.

How SETTLE Works

From case facts to confidence signals in minutes.

STEP 1

Enter Case Details

Injury type, medical bills, county, insurance company — no client identifiers ever.

STEP 2

Get Settlement Range

See the closest available comparable range based on county, state, regional, injury, treatment, and liability signals.

STEP 3

See Confidence Signals

See the probability the offer may be below comparable range. Review confidence level and data depth.

STEP 4

Decide With Data

Walk into your next negotiation with settlement range context and confidence-labeled signals.

See What a SETTLE Report Looks Like

Illustrative example report — not actual output

SETTLE compares the offer against the strongest available comparable settlement signals and clearly labels confidence.

Miami-Dade County, FL — Rear-End Collision — Herniated Disc

Medical Bills $41,200
Their Offer $62,000
SETTLE Comparable Range $75K – $200K

Illustrative SETTLE Report Output:

$75,000 – $200,000

• Example confidence signal: 93% likelihood offer is below comparable median

• Moderate herniated disc cases (injections, no surgery)

• Example comparable range: 1.8x – 4.9x medical bill multipliers

• Example comparable sample: 94 similar cases

Illustrative confidence: High — County-specific data available

Data, Confidence, and Ethics

When data is thin, confidence is labeled clearly. SETTLE never charges for reports it cannot meaningfully produce.

Public Data Sources

State bar jury verdict reports, published court records, government FOIA releases. Never confidential settlements.

Attorney Contributions

Attorney contributions require appropriate client consent, anonymization, and firm-controlled submission practices. No client identifiers are required for SETTLE case analysis.

No Client Identifiers Policy

No names, addresses, or case numbers. County-level location only. Bucketed ranges, not exact amounts.

Compliance Controls

Audit trail for every query. Attorney attestation required. Data access controls. Compliance reports available for internal review.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if SETTLE does not have data for my county or injury type?

When county-specific data is limited, SETTLE uses the closest available comparable signals, including state, region, injury type, treatment pattern, medical bill range, and liability profile. The report clearly labels confidence.

If SETTLE can generate a useful directional report, you may choose to run it. If there is not enough data to produce a meaningful report, you are not charged.

Do I pay if the confidence is low?

High and medium confidence reports are charged normally. For low-confidence directional reports, SETTLE shows you the confidence level and limitation note first — you choose whether to proceed. If there isn't enough data to produce a useful report, you pay nothing.

Is SETTLE independent? Or is it controlled by insurers?

SETTLE is designed as attorney-controlled decision support. It is not an insurer-controlled product. Settlement intelligence is built from public sources and permissioned attorney contributions where available. SETTLE provides structured range context and confidence labels; attorneys remain responsible for settlement judgment and client advice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Pay per report when you use it. If you don't use it, you don't pay. If SETTLE can't produce a meaningful report, you're not charged.

How does SETTLE Pro rollover work?

Unused included reports roll into your Pro rollover bank while your subscription remains active, capped at 63 reports. Your rollover bank resets to zero at each annual subscription anniversary and does not carry over after cancellation.

Usage order: (1) current monthly included reports, (2) rollover bank, (3) paid overage at $25/report.

What does a SETTLE report include?

Every SETTLE report includes: settlement range, confidence level, comparable case signals (injury type, treatment pattern, medical bill range, liability profile), and data limitation disclosure. County-specific data when available; closest comparable signals otherwise.

Is SETTLE legal advice?

No. SETTLE outputs are decision-support tools, not settlement guarantees or legal advice. You stay in control of every negotiation and settlement decision. SETTLE gives you data. You make the call.

How is the Ecosystem Rate billed?

Firms using active INTAKE or LEVERAGE get SETTLE reports at $29/report, automatically added to the monthly invoice. No bundles, credits, or prepayment required. Reports are billed monthly in arrears — you only pay for what you actually use.
