County Availability Review

TrueVow reviews county-level availability before approving access. The goal is simple: keep onboarding controlled, avoid over-saturation, and maintain a useful experience for approved firms.

No exclusivity • No territory guarantee • Approval required

Why County Availability Exists

Three reasons we review county-level access before approving new firms.

Onboarding Quality

Each firm needs a configured intake script, calendar integration, and phone forwarding setup. Managing enrollment pace ensures we can deliver proper onboarding to every firm.

Support Capacity

We want every approved firm to get responsive support. Accepting too many firms at once in one market would strain that capacity.

Market Over-Saturation Control

If too many firms in the same county onboard at once, support quality and market usefulness can decline. Managing county density helps keep the system useful for approved firms.

What We Review Before Approval

County availability is not based on a public seat counter. During review, we look at the county, requested product, firm size, practice area, onboarding capacity, and existing usage in that market.

County

Where the firm primarily operates.

Product Requested

INTAKE, LEVERAGE, SETTLE, or full pipeline.

Firm Fit

Solo/small PI firm, intake needs, and readiness to onboard.

Current Capacity

Existing approved firms and support capacity in that county.

Availability Statuses

County availability is confirmed during application review. Status can change as firms are approved, pause, cancel, or expand into new counties.

Status What it means What happens next
● Open We are currently accepting applications from eligible firms in that county. If approved, you may proceed to portal setup and onboarding.
● Limited We are reviewing applications carefully because county capacity is nearing the current limit. You may be approved, waitlisted, or asked to select another operating county.
● Waitlist The county has reached its current enrollment capacity. You may join the waitlist. We do not guarantee waitlist timelines.

What County Availability Does Not Mean

County availability is not a territory grant. It is not exclusivity. It is not a guarantee that competitors will never use TrueVow. It is a capacity and onboarding policy.

  • Not an exclusivity agreement
  • Not a territory grant or market assignment
  • Not a guarantee that competitors will not use TrueVow
  • Not a guarantee of lead volume or results

FAQ

Why limit enrollment at all?

Three reasons: onboarding quality, support capacity, and market over-saturation control. Each firm needs proper setup — configured intake scripts, calendar integration, phone forwarding. Managing enrollment pace ensures we can deliver that quality and keep the platform effective for the firms already on it.

Does county availability mean I get exclusive rights to a county?

No. County availability is not an exclusivity agreement, territory grant, or guarantee that other firms will not use TrueVow. It is an onboarding and capacity policy designed to manage setup quality and avoid over-saturation.

Can I check availability before applying?

General availability statuses are described above. For your specific county, we confirm availability during the application review process. You will not be charged or committed until you are approved and choose to proceed.

Is the cap per firm or per attorney?

The cap is calculated based on the number of solo and small law firms in a county, not individual attorneys. A firm with three attorneys counts as one firm against the cap.

What if I move or expand to another county?

Your enrollment is tied to the county you registered in. If your firm operates across multiple counties, we review availability and setup requirements for each relevant county during onboarding.
