How does the pricing model work?
TrueVow has three public plans. SOLO is a simple subscription at $499/month with all intake records visible and no per-lead unlock fees. GROWTH is $1,499/month and includes 21 A+ lead unlocks. TEAM is $2,999/month and includes 55 A+ lead unlocks.

All plans include usage limits based on routed intake calls or voice minutes, whichever comes first. All plans require approval, onboarding configuration, and a successful test call before activation.
What is a qualified lead unlock?
An A+ lead unlock applies to a high-priority opportunity flagged by Benjamin under your firm-approved intake criteria. Growth and Team plans include monthly A+ unlocks. Additional A+ unlocks are billed only after included unlocks are used.

SOLO does not use per-lead unlock billing. All Solo intake records remain visible, with up to 5 A+ priority opportunities included before an upgrade review may be recommended.

Benjamin flags intake priority for attorney review. TrueVow does not determine legal merit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Plan changes can be made through the customer portal after approval. Start with SOLO and upgrade as your volume grows. Availability may depend on onboarding capacity.
Is Spanish really included?
Yes. Spanish intake support is included. During onboarding, the firm confirms when Spanish intake should be offered and how Spanish-language callers should be routed, booked, or escalated.

No. Benjamin is not a free-form chatbot. Benjamin follows firm-approved intake paths, routing rules, escalation logic, and recording settings. It can support yes/no questions, structured responses, and approved open-ended prompts, but it is not designed to provide legal advice or make attorney judgment calls.
What happens when a call comes in?
When Benjamin is enabled for a routed call, it follows the firm's approved greeting, screening questions, escalation rules, booking rules, and recording/transcript settings. Benjamin creates a structured intake record and alerts the firm according to the plan and configuration.
What's the onboarding process?
