No. Answering services take messages and forward calls. Benjamin qualifies leads by practice area, scores viability, books consults, and triggers priority alerts for strong leads. It follows firm-approved intake paths, routing rules, and escalation logic instead of free-form chatbot behavior.

Is this a chatbot?

Benjamin uses deterministic intake logic for live-call decisions. It can support approved open-ended responses, but it is not designed to improvise legal advice or make attorney judgment calls.

Do I pay for every lead?

No. INTAKE shows you all calls with A/B/C/D visibility. You can review all lead summaries. B/C/D leads are available without unlock. A+ leads require an unlock to access contact details and full case information.

Is Spanish included?

Yes. English and Spanish intake are both included at no extra cost. Callers are served in whichever language they prefer.

Can I use LEVERAGE or SETTLE without INTAKE?

Yes. Each product works standalone. However, firms using INTAKE benefit from automatic case-data flow into LEVERAGE and SETTLE, plus bundled pricing. If you use INTAKE, case facts flow into LEVERAGE from the first call. If not, you can enter case facts manually — no client identifiers required.
